All our subscriptions work with an automatic renewal via direct debit. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a payment fails. This can be for various reasons.
In most cases, the payment provider will try to carry out the payment again within a few days. As long as you can still use our service, it is wise to wait a few days first. If the payment has not been processed after a few days, the subscription will be paused by our system, and you will receive a payment link via email to reactivate the subscription. If you do not receive this email, you can also log in to our website to reactivate the subscription.
If you have not received an email at all and if reactivating the subscription via our website is also not possible, you can of course also contact our support via live chat or mail (email@example.com). Our support will gladly prepare a new payment link for you. After making the payment, the subscription will be reactivated immediately. A new direct debit will also be set up immediately.
