You can submit a refund request via our customer service. A request for a refund can be submitted via our live chat or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We kindly request you to provide the following information:
- The invoice number of the payments (can be found in the description of the debit)
- Date of both payments
- The type of subscription you are using
