In general, we do not store any user data, due to our no-log policy. We do need certain information so that we can support you correctly. For this reason we store the following information:
- The email address you use for our service: This is your username. We need this email address, among other things, to contact you regarding important updates to our service, but also to perform a password reset.
- Payment information: However, this varies per payment provider. Not every provider needs the same information to make a payment.
It is always possible to completely delete your account from our system. The best way to do this is to contact our customer service via our live chat or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). All personal data that we have stored will then be removed from our system.
