Upgrading a package is possible via our website. Here you almost always have the option to upgrade the package, unless you already use a 'special' package.
If you want to use another package, and upgrading via our website does not work, you can always contact our support. In general, we can arrange a manual upgrade of the subscription in the following ways:
- Manually prepare a payment link for you, with which you can perform the upgrade immediately. After making the payment, the new subscription will start. The remaining credit of your old subscription is then added to the credit of the new subscription.
- Implement the change immediately in our system. The change will then take place immediately, but payment will only take place after the current subscription expires.
