My Cyber Alarm data

In this manual we explain where you can find more information about your Cyber Alarm data in GooseVPN. If you have the Cyber Alarm add-on and you want to have insight into recent alarms or seek specific information about your Cyber Alarm data, there are two options available: a simple overview within the GooseVPN application itself and a more comprehensive overview in your personal portal.

For a simple overview, you can click on the alarm bell icon on the main screen of the app. Here, you will find the Cyber Alarm overview with the current status of any alarms that may have occurred in the recent period.

If you want to find more information about your Cyber Alarm data, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your personal portal at my.goosevpn.com and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Open the 'Cyber Alarm' tab.

In the 'Cyber Alarm' tab, you will find different tabs to request specific information regarding your Cyber Alarm data.
