We are sorry to hear that the VPN is not working. Are there any indications that make you think it's not working? For example, think of an error message or that there is no internet connection.
It can also happen that the VPN connection is refused by other software, for example a virus scanner or a firewall. You often have to give permission that a VPN connection can be set up.
Options you can also try in the app:
- Try another server.
- Disable the 'Smart server/Automatically use the best server' option in the server list/settings.
- Change the protocol. You can set this in the settings.
- Log in again.
- Reinstall the application once. This is best done by first uninstalling the application, then restarting your device and then doing a new download and installation of the application.
