Several things are possible for this. But first of all it is important to make sure that it is not the network. This can be tested by turning off GOOSE VPN. Does the internet work? Then we can see how we can solve the problem in the app.
Options to try in the app:
- Try another server.
- Disable the 'Smart server/Automatically use the best server' option in the server list/settings.
- Change the protocol, you can set this in the settings.
- Log in again
- Reinstall the application once. This is best done by first uninstalling the application, then restarting your device and then doing a new download and installation of the application.
