In most cases, an authentication error indicates that there is something wrong with the login data. Some things that might help with such an error message are:
- Log out once and log in again.
- Reinstall the application once (it is best to uninstall the application first, then reboot your device and then do a new download and installation from our download page).
- Change/reset your password once (if you are still logged in to our website, you can go to "My profile > My profile" at the top right. If you are no longer logged in, you can press the reset password link on the login page.
