Downloading Torrents is certainly allowed with GOOSE VPN. All you have to do is select a server that has P2P behind it. In the list of servers, under each server that allows downloading, the text “P2P” appears. This way you can easily see whether it is allowed to download Torrents from the server you have chosen.
