How does the smart server work?

The Smart Server list automatically selects the best server when you connect. Because of this, you’ll only see countries in the server list, instead of all individual servers.

Do you want to see all available servers? Then disable the Smart Server list. Once you turn this option off, the full server list will be shown.

Mac

1. Open the menu and go to settings.
2. Go to connection.
3. Turn off enable smart server list or automatically use the best server.

Windows

1. Open the server list on the main screen.
2. Turn off smart server.

Android and iOS

1. Go to settings (via the profile icon or the three dots).
2. Go to advanced.
3. Turn off automatically use the best server.
