How can I download, Install, and request my TeamViewer session details

This guide describes how to download and install TeamViewer, as well as how to request your session details.

Step 1: Go to the TeamViewer website at www.teamviewer.com.

Step 2: Click on "Free Download" in the top right corner.

Step 3: Select your operating system (OS).

Step 4: Click on "Download" and wait for the download to complete.

Step 5: Install TeamViewer and launch the program afterwards.

Step 6: Log in to TeamViewer or create an account if you don't have one yet.

Step 7: Click on "Remote Support" on the left side of the screen.

Step 8: Then click on "Create a session".

Step 9: Now, at the bottom, click on the link "Connect using a TeamViewer ID".

Step 10: Copy your ID and password and send them to us via email in the current conversation. One of our technical team members will log into your computer shortly.
